We respect you and your privacy. Colleen Jordan, LLC (dba Wearable Planter) collects some personal information in order to fulfill your order or reply to your message, but we will never sell, rent or trade any of your information with a third party. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Wearable Planter as responsible for the personal information. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Wearable Planter to delete or correct the information held about you. Squarespace
Our store is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. (Squarespace). They provide us with the website and e-commerce platform that allows us to host our website and sell our products and service to you.  Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Payments
Payments for the products in our shop  are currently processed and managed using the third party vendors Stripe and PayPal. You can read Stripe's privacy policy here, and PayPal's here. 

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what content is being viewed. The only information we see from this is what pages are being viewed and from what country visitors are from.

When you click on links they may direct you away from our site. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on those websites.

To help support the content included on our blog, we may participate in affiliate programs and sponsored content with advertisers. Sponsored posts and affiliate links will be labeled according to FTC regulations. If you post comments on our website (for instance leaving a comment on our blog or a review on an item), please be aware that any personally identifiable information you choose to provide there may be read, collected, or used by other users of the website, as well as other third parties. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit in these forums. We cannot guarantee that other users have not made copies of and/or will not use such information outside of the Website. Emails and Our Mailing List

When placing an order through our store, we may send you a few emails to send you your receipt and provide you updates about your order. Ordering through our site does not sign you up for our email marketing list.

Our mailing list is managed using MailChimp, and you can opt-in to receive emails or unsubscribe at any time. You will only be added to our mailing list if you opt-in through the form on our website. Our mailing list is used to send marketing messages, event information and other updates. We will not share your information with anyone else. Like most websites, we collect small pieces of data called cookies that are stored on users' computers. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, can not contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. There are two types of cookies: "Session Cookies" and cookies that are saved permanently on your computer.

The first type of cookie commonly used is "Session Cookies". During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. A "Session Cookie" is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. In your browser settings you can remove the option to store cookies, but this may cause difficulty when using our site.

The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On Wearable Planter we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to see which pages on our site have been viewed. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information.
